1. Your account
Keep your password safe and your details accurate. One account is for one person. You must verify your email before you enroll in a course.
2. Courses and access
Free courses are open to every verified account. Paid courses and chapters are unlocked after purchase. Private courses are available only to people who are invited, and access may have an end date set by the course owner. Access is personal and may not be shared or resold.
3. Payments
Prices are shown on each course, in the listed currency, before you pay. For billing questions, contact us.
4. Exams and certificates
Final exams must be taken by you alone, following the rules shown before the exam starts. A certificate can be revoked if an exam is found to break these rules. See our privacy policy for how exams are monitored.
5. Teachers
Teachers must own or have the right to use everything they publish, including linked videos. Courses and later changes are reviewed before publication, and we may decline, unpublish or archive content that breaks these terms.
6. Community rules
Be respectful in lesson Q&A. Do not post spam, exam answers, or anything illegal or hateful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Suspension and closing your account
You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms; we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Important changes are announced in advance; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
